TELL CHEEKY KID to put his salt & pepper up. IMHO they won't be needed. SI just informed me I am limited to 10 posts in 12 hours, so this is my last... nobody says the market won't open without the report, thus there may be damages there, and there may be damages in other ways that you have not contemplated. The hazard of being inexperienced in the practice of giving advice to others is that those of us that do must try to anticipate any and all types of exposure our client may have. Freeport may sue someone, bre-X may sue someone, someone else may sue someone... most of which I could care less about but I was asked in good faith for advice and I put myself in his position and told him not to post certain information at this point, and he followed my advice. If you do not appreciate what he (and I) have done, turn off your computer and ignore our posts. Others here have apparently gotten the message I was trying to convey and they should thank GOLDMAN for his efforts, for without him I would not rest well tonight. Before, I had to go spend time with my child, and now I cannot post due to numerical restrictions, thus I am able to go play with the child for a while. I'll be back, at least 12 hours later. My e-mail address is available through SI for those who desire to provide me with helpful information, incidentally.
