David, that sounds reasonable. TREY would be the majority shareholder until Active RMS picked up steam. After that, there would be an IPO and Active RMS would establish a larger investor base. I just hope that Active RMS is not being spun-off to soon. Of Course that is why TREY will remain the majority shareholder for quite a while, IMO. Scoob
