I think it is just this segment of the market coming back to life. When people make the decision to put their money back into stocks they have to make a choice and looking at the current choices PCTL would seem to be a good one. Hope more investors feel this way.

Don't have the slightest idea about the significance of the resignation of the CFO. Maybe some other reader can shead some light.
