Aurora Biosciences Withdraws Follow-On Public Offering SAN DIEGO, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Aurora Biosciences Corporation (Nasdaq: ABSC) announced today that in light of current market conditions, it has determined not to proceed with its proposed follow-on public offering. On Friday, March 17, 2000, Aurora Biosciences filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of 3,100,000 shares of common stock. Aurora Biosciences will file an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw the filing of the registration statement.
