DataWorld Solutions Targets European Acquisition and Receives Frankfurt Exchange Listing

FARMINGDALE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 000--DataWorld
Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: DWLD) (Frankfurt - VRX), manufacturer and distributor of electronic cable, accessories, and custom cable assemblies for data, voice and video communications systems, today announced it's common stock has been approved for listing and listed on the Frankfurt Exchange under the symbol "VRX" and the German Securities Code 935 141.

"This listing in Frankfurt is in conjunction with our company investigating possible acquisitions in Europe. Part of our growth strategy is to acquire established marketers in our Industry sector in Europe, and then enhance their offerings with our product line and services in the fiber-optic interconnect market," said DataWorld Solutions chairman and CEO Daniel McPhee.
