PAINE WEBBER ads warn about "new economy".

Paine Webber plans to spend $1.5 million and perhaps more - warning investors about the mania surrounding " new economy " stocks.

Now let me ask, do any of you actually think that Paine Webber is altruistic enough to care about the investing public's welfare?
