For starters, they could re-name themselves "Larry, Curly, and Moe". Next, they could all submit their resignations. Finally, a newly-elected OUTSIDE Board of Directors could either:

1> Find someone capable of:
a> Closing sales in timely fashion.
b> Knowing how to do a "spin-off" IPO with minimal fuss.
c> Communicating forthrightly with shareholders.

OR
2> Sell the company and its considerable potential to someone who can do 1>a>, 1>b>, and 1>c>.
