Cymer is not going to ship 720 lasers this year. They said they expect to ship about 500 for 2000. It would be wiser to use their 500 number. Spares and service are running at about 30% of total revenues, so you should include that if you are trying to model the year 2000. Earnings should be between $1.50 and $2.00 this year with possible upside.
