Bohdan See posting 1362 above,i don't know anymore details than the ones Philip posted,but this makes me think that the VSE could have been right(for once!),in not giving their blessing with regards to the financing,they refused to accept the financing because of people in- volved with a criminal history(that's what it came down to more or less) This being said,with Cecil involved STS has a chance of negotiating a much better deal,if it must absolutely be with Select, so be it,therefore they should have to move to the ME,and i do not be- lieve that the ME will be less serious in their inquiery about the fi- nancing than the VSE.
