TALK VISUAL CORPORATION Chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has signed an agreement with the national telecom carrier US Wats, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA (NASDAQ: USWI) for low-cost long distance and international service reselling. The agreement enables Talk Visual to resell US Wats services, including its highly competitive international rates. Talk Visual is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission as a reseller of telecommunications services under FCC Section 214.
The Talk Visual service sign-up is unique. Customers anywhere in the United States may request and contract for domestic and international services via the company's customized Internet webpage. The web-based sign-up process verifies the customer on-line, and automatically arranges for service within 72 hours.
In a statement issued today, Mr Zwebner stated "Early on, our company stated its intention to offer domestic long distance and international telecommunications services to U.S. consumers.
