Lockheed has two projects completed with handwriting form processing. One for IRS and one for Censors. The description sounds like the combination of IDEA software that STRR had and what Lockheed had compiled with many other software, which could have confirmed the rumor of Lockheed buyout of STRR. However, since Bob is in stealth, no one can confirm the money magnitude if it is true.
