I appreciate your very detailed historical perspective.Sad to say it sounds depressing,however turnarounds are my best money makers.

When kvhi purchased the fiber optic gyro from andrews,there was a large money hole that sucked millions in pure science.I hope they have just recently turned the corner into a commercial application.

I wonder if andrews realized they had bit off more than they could chew.Wisely so if they kept the more promising future technologies.Poor execution if they sold off their only future.

Wireless is certainly the future.I wonder if Andrews has a forward looking plan. If not it may well be more of the sorry same you have so well outlined Thank you .

It seems they would have more as what they sold to KVHI was quite advanced stuff. I'm inquisitive and perhaps naively optimistic.BWDIK
