Financing News DRC Resources Corporation DRC Shares issued 4,456,016 2000-03-21 close $3.6 Wednesday Mar 22 2000 Mr. John Kruzick reports DRC Resources has commenced discussions for a major financing. The company is presently entertaining a number of proposals for a private placement, of up to $5-million (U.S.) of common shares in the capital of DRC Resources. The funds will be used for exploration and development of the Afton mine property and for general working capital. DRC has funds available to carry out the 5,000 metre, $700,000 diamond drill program and will start the drill program as weather conditions improve.
