Bell Atlantic Mobile Master Agent With 14 Retail Locations to be Acquired by Talk Visual Corporation in Multi-Million Dollar Transaction

QuickPage of New Jersey to Rapidly Expand Wireless Service Throughout the Bell Atlantic Region
Chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent for a multi-million dollar transaction to acquire QuickPage of NJ, Inc. QuickPage, based in Freehold, New Jersey, is a major master agent of Bell Atlantic Mobile. The company currently owns and operates 14 retail locations throughout the New York/New Jersey area.
As a licensee of Bell Atlantic Mobile since 1995, QuickPage holds a master agency agreement. It currently has over 6,500 Bell Atlantic cellular customers, for which it receives monthly residual commission payments. The number of cellular customers continues to grow. The company also has approximately 10,000 active pager accounts, and is in the final stages of acquiring 11,000 additional accounts.
Michael Zwebner, in a statement issued from company headquarters in Miami, said, "This acquisition is another in the line of major transactions that Talk Visual is in the process of completing.
