I don't see how the two things are connected. You may as well say that a pro-lifer is obliged to deliver a baby without any distress.... We tell others how to conduct themselves according to our "belief systems" all the time. We forbid theft and murder, we don't allow the seduction of children, we will not recognize polygamy, and so on. Unless you are ready to say "anything goes", these matters are fair game too.....
