Hi Chuzz,

I agree also. However, what is to stop them from using this new equity to fund their acquisitions if needed? To me it looks like they are simply printing their own currency in different denominations <g>. I would imagine that it would be difficult for a guy like Tice to knock them all down at once!<G>

Have you heard whether they intend to distribute the newly IPO'd shares to current Tyco shareholders or use them "for general corporate purposes"?
