Are you sure that Fidelity allows "naked options" in an IRA, I thought that this along with short sales were not allowed due to government regulations on IRA accounts.

Here is a simple question: Can I write put contacts on a stock using my IRA account? and if so do I need to keep a large cash position in my IRA to offset any chance of being assigned the shares (as the stock could in theory drop to zero)???

I recently complete a transfer of assets from Schwab to Fidelity. The transfer via DTC was to take three days, instead took Schwab four weeks and they are still trying to fix it.
