Metals Movers: Zimbabwe Platinum Mines appoints chief executive
London--Mar 24--Zimbabwe Platinum Mines Ltd. (Zimplats) has appointed Roy
Pitchford as managing director and chief executive with effect from May 1 this
year. He has previously worked on the Great Dyke at the Hartley Platinum mine
and on Zimplats' Ngezi, Mhondor and Selous platinum group metals (PGM
) projects which were formerly owned by Delta Gold, which holds a 51% stake in
