KM.. look at ETIN.. They are accumulating the crap out of it at 12 1/8.. Each time it starts to climb, They sell it down and hold it at 12 1/8. Its happened 4 times so far. Each time, A MM takes a turn showing a HUGE order on the ask and a bunch of little orders go at the bid. Then they let it up and start over again. I have seen as little as 100 shares showing on the bid at 12 1/8 and 20K on the ask. It doesn't drop below.

Either HMQT wants to own it all or he's supporting like a trooper.
