Kirk, then I am confused - oftens happens to me BTW. Was I mistaken in assuming that he has NOT as yet made an unambiguous bear call? "I though he said on the radio that he ONLY went with 40% rather than 0% so people could hold their hot technology stocks, deal with capital gains problems, etc... but that he would approve of 0% in the market." Maybe you're right - and I'm wrong. I guess our kind friends on this site will clarify. Digger
