Good idea Terrence, but you left a few things out. Remember, we are talking about mostly unskilled jobs most of which have gone overseas in the past 20 years. American business builds new factories in "FREE ZONES" every day. In order for these businesses to thrive and be on a level playing field with Asia and S. America you also need to eliminate: Minimum Wage OSHA EPA Workmen's Compensation Insurance Unemployment Insurance Medical Insurance The important thing is to get these people to develop a work ethic. Self improvement will come automatically once the work ethic is established. Jim
