Digger, his published recommendation was 60:40 money market to equities, for that portion of one's portfolio which is not dedicated to fixed income investments like bonds. This can best be characterized as fence-sitting, which is OK by me, for now. He did say verbally on one of his broadcasts that he didn't have a problem if someone wanted to go 100% cash, and he has said that the reason he didn't was to help people avoid tax consequences, or to allow them to keep their tech holdings. That part's been a little confusing.
