I cannot recall a specific grievance against you on that score, but it seemed to me that the resistance to using the pump was extreme and, on the part of some, hostile. Again, it was never a big rigamarole for my wife, so perhaps our good fortune is misleading, but I felt the attitude was more one of militancy than having suffered...... I am not sure how to react to Bill's jokiness in a situation like this. I am uncomfortable with sexualizing the breasts under such circumstances, but jokiness is a natural way to deal with embarrassment, even retrospectively. And besides, boys will be boys.....
