A mole at cpq just faxed me the following press release relating to tonight's warning. Here it is; "Dear comporker shareholders, It is with a sincere sense of regret that we must inform you that comporker screwed up royally this quarter. Unfortunately, it appears we don't have any sales. At least that's what our temporary chief bean counter says. We ain't been able to figure out where all the cool stuff went but it sure as heck isn't in my office. We're checking to see if it's for sale on e-bay. So go figure. But - don't have a bird. We'll figure it out eventually - hopefully by ocvember. Now some of you have criticized us for not being totally forthright (fancy word used for impression) but I gotta say "keep cool". Quit bitching! If that's not good enuff for yous all then go buy some dell or stock in some other real company and stop hassling me. After all, who do you think i am? somebody competent? I'm just a regular guy trying to unload a whole bunch of cool and exciting stuff. I think we'll do better next quarter or the one after that or maybe later. Who cares. I gotta go. MC"
