A couple of major reasons VG didn't move much today...

1) 45 million shares were being-offered -- that's a LOT for an IPO, and barely half that many were actually traded today (in contrast to many other IPO's where the available shares turn-over completely once or more during the first day of trading).

2) The mere fact that it's on the NYSE rather than the NAZ made a big first-day "pop" improbable.

The company itself sounds pretty solid from what little info I've seen -- but it'll probably take take longer for the price to rise than for many NAZ-listed issues...
