For those who may be considering an investment, realize that in THREE WEEKS they are scheduled to close on FatBurger, and we beleive they have many prospective franchisees waiting in the wings to make this a nationwide chain. Just as important...unlike many, many OTC-BB companies, this one has always been a FULLY REPORTING COMPANY. No need to sweat out the filing requirements to avoid the Pink Sheets. There was never a question about that. To me, that was one of my primary considerations in investing in this company. They now have two excellent acquisitions under their belt, with what we expect to be accretive earnings, and soon there will be a third. Since this is a Holding company, there is always the future prospect of spinning off successful subsidiaries to the great financial benefit of the holding company's shareholders. Something to consider.
