<<I think the problem with FFIV is its shareholders.>>

Are you referring to insiders? If so, I think they deserve to see FFIV in a downward spiral. So Hussey got his hot rod now, eh? I didn't know that those things still mean something to someone after they pass 25.

Did they really have to dump all those shares so soon after the IPO? I can't imagine John Chambers of CSCO selling large chunks of CSCO stock 6 months after the IPO, back in early 90's. For a company with such a small float and rather young, the insiders could've been a bit more patient untill the company stabilized a bit. Not only did the drive the price down, and the company's market value, but, they also KILLED investor confidence.

On the othe hand, maybe the street knows something we don't.
If not, then these events are irrlelvant in 2 to 5 year time horizon.

And no, I hardly consider myself a value investor. BTW, how do you define value? In terms of a company's powerful brand name? The cash flow it generates? How they dominate their sector?

$150 to $160? It took DELL one full year to reach $55 again, time will tell, I guess.
