The SNDK thread was monitoring the hearing in the patent litigation with Lexar last Friday, 3/17, to determine if the judge would rule from the bench. If you hold SNDK, you might want to consider a stop loss order (just in case SNDK goes the way of VISX when VISX lost a preliminary injunction it sought in a international patent arbitration).
