Zeev,

IF I MAY!!

STOCKHOLDER INFORMATION
From the desk of Richard E. Jensen, President of Global Platinum + Gold inc.

Due to certain articles published by various entities, one of which

is the Northern Miner, management feels that some sort of reply is

required.

The story that appeared in the Northern Miner IS THE SAME INFORMATION

THAT APPEARED MANY YEARS AGO. Apparently the "Miner" feels the need to

slander some of the junior mining companies that have spent years and

years in development and much money in R&D.

Management is interested in only one thing, protection of YOUR company

and YOU, as stockholders. We do not intent to enter into a mud

slinging contest with any writers or publishing entity, but we will

let our actions speak for ourselves.

As far as the other junior mining companies mentioned in the article

are concerned, we are not privy to their process or methods,

consequently we cannot answer for them, only for ourselves.

We have been producing, off and on, small amounts of anode sludge

which has been shipped to several major refiners and your company

has recieved checks in payment for product. We realize that our

production has been very limited to this point but we are now ready to

start a production mode which will be as follows: We intend to process

and leach 10 tons of ore daily, giving us about 15,000 gallons of

pregnant liquor, and by using our newly acquired technology, we

should be able to realize around 3000 pounds of primary concentrate,

which will then be dried, pulverized and smelted into Dore' metal.

This metal will then be shipped or refined at our own facility. After

the first few shipments have been made we will release production

figures and total values.

This amount of production, produced on a continuing daily basis and

constant shipments, should quiet the critics considerably and finally

give us the cash flow that we have been striving for.

My comment: I am hoping to get a conservative earning estimate from

the company shortly.

Jim
