Seems to me unlikely in the extreme. But shall we return to Balkanization in general, and the ex-Yugoslavia in particular? Or shall we discuss Bossi's ill-fated (and quite silly) attempt to establish an independent "Padania" in Northern Italy? Please note that the Leghisti were soundly defeated in Sunday's elections.
