Just to let you know, the brilliant leadership at Borland has decided to get a new york law firm to investigate whether Don Magie has violated any securities laws. The law firm also sent a letter to his employer stating that he had a web site, and that the company should look into it as well (His employer was indentified in a newspaper article). I am so glad that the current board is looking out for our interests by suing any shareholder that may disagree with them, or have the audacity to discuss that disagreement in public while they pursue a course of selling out to a CEO accused of securities fraud. This is one of the most incredible sequence of events I have ever witnessed.
