TTOSBT: The speculated details of the latest proposal by MSFT, seem to me to be far reaching. If this WP article is not a posturing stance on the behalf of the DOJ, what else could they want that MSFT has not offered? IMO most everything short of monetary concessions and or a breakup have been made (from published reports.) Again, I stand by my statement that "I am expecting a settlement" before a ruling. IMO the political risks on the current administration are very high not to settle, and much higher than MSFT's. 3/27/00 looks good. Gary J
