It's an actual fact, "old" or otherwise, that they have missed earnings a whole bunch of times in the past five years, that they've missed badly twice in a row, the second time blaming it on Y2K long after Y2K was over, and that in the past some of these earnings misses have been preceded by insider selling.

That's enough for me. But if you want to stay on board, best of luck to you. You may end up doing quite well, who knows.
