Short position of 1.3 million shares does not seem that high when insiders are registering for sale 250,000 shares for sale per quarter. Look at the last few SEC filings. quicken.elogic.com Also what's up with this preferred stock dividend. What a sweet deal to get a dividend from a Nasdaq stock bleeding red ink.
