George no time frame in mind with DPH. Would have to say that it is way undervalued here at 15 and would expect at least 22-25 in the future. When is unknown. DPH seems to have little risk involved here at 15 or 14. Even during the DOW sell off last month DPH held up 15 nicely. Have to take a long term view with this one. Of course setting aside trading shares for the 15.5 to 16.5 range helps a lot during the wait! EW
