how do you paste a url onto a post so you don't have to type it out?

If your running Windowz:

Highlight the URL(left click).
Press the "Ctrl" and "c" key together. This cut's the URL.

Then go into your SI post and press "Ctrl" and "v" key,
this will paste the URL.
