IQBAL LATIF: COMS and ASCEND are technology queens of th future? Explain? Is COMS a queen becuase of USRX? Without USRX what are they? I will vote NO to the mrger on June 11. Are in favor or opposed to the merger? What will this merger do for us, as shareholders. So far, it's been tax write-off time. jrm
