...but if you are so sure you are right, then why are you even wasting any more time here screaming at people? I happen to think this is all a big misunderstanding of PR. There must be some reason why you are here after the weight of the world has come down to try to squash the stockholder's company. Maybe you will succeed. I see many people spinning this the way ECNC really can't respond without violating orders and so forth. But, as I have said all along, if you can prove to me the technology does not work, then I will give up. To date, you have proven nothing of the sort. You still claim it without really knowing.
In fact, what we have heard around here is that Rogel confirms the technology of the LTS, there are patents, the manufacturer in Asia says he has the contract to build and is in the process of doing so. There are reports of the product passing alpha and beta testing. There is a lot of information out there. Why do you think the SafeTpay guys broke off and tried to use it? It is extremely valuable. Yet, you still post on here statements that you really have no way of knowing if they are true or not.
If Hughes has been unlucky enough to be just another very technical guy who has a great technology but an unlucky streak with keeping up with the maze of SEC regs, then I imagine some other heavily invested folks will scoop up this ball and head for the goal line. There is no doubt this technological idea is very sound and revolutionary for internet transaction security. Or, this company can fold its shop in the US and trade overseas.
I do not operate on reporter's views of legal actions. I have concluded that they usually torture the meaning and understanding. I wonder who fed the reporter that nice little fluff piece interpretation. Notice all the backtracking at the end of the article where the contracts were posted online but it appears the posting of the articles was too little too late? Well, what about those contracts was not true if the PR before was based on those same contracts? See, this is all being intentionally confused for a reason. A very big financial reason.
