THIS IS HOW THE EVENTS WILL UNFOLD!
IN the next several days MDIH will do the following:All this info is in the merger docs on file with freedgar.com so dont ask why I know so much!
On that day MDIH will close the merger as the pen signs the closing of the merger, the private placement will close.This is done so the people who invested in the private dont get stuck giving money to a deal that doesn't close.This is done all the time.If you read the docs you would also see how big and the min. size of the private and that a secondary must be done soon after the merger.
However because of the size of the private placement and that a few states that might go on line sooner than expected, dont count out that a secondary isnt done!Dont look that as a neg. but a major positive!Lets play this out a bit!Major cash in the bank a float of 3-4 million shares (the private and the merger stock is locked up for some time)A major wall street firm writing a buy rec.,The first state giving the go ahead,and then a secondary at that point(4-5 months from now).The stock is being held back a little by the fact that some people think that the secondary will be done in this range.(my opinion)If the pp is so big and the need for the secondary is not needed.YOur guess is as good as mine where the stock can go.I know someone will think that Iam crazy but after the merger is complete MDIH will become the possible target of a takeover by a major gaming company.Look at some of the PE on these gaming companys.MDIH soon to be lottery.com could be in the top lottery web sites visited .Imagine 50 states ,20-30 countries all visiting our baby.100's of millions of dollars in commission and major add dollars.Just imagine
60-80 bucks on the low side.This is my feelings and shouldn't be a reason to buy this stock!All what I have said above is by reading the S.E.C. docs and by talking to a few people in the lottery industry.By the way I know my spelling is the pits .I plan on taking spelling lessons when I retire in about 120 days.GOOD LUCK to ALL!This is the way I see whats going on.some people on ragingbull question how I know so much!I also know how to read and to get info off the internet!This is only my opinion,I know you didnt ask for it but I gave it anyway!
