Further... ...have you guys even bothered to check out Pilot Island's website: pilotisland.com Do you see their connection with the Palm products? Have you all read the "PocketPay Joint Venture Agreement" between Pilot Island and ECNC dated March 1, 2000 where Pilot Island agrees it "will provide the relationship with the industry leader with PDA's 3COM and their PALM division" and that Pilot Island agrees that it "will provide and oversee the distribution of the client PQA (Palm Query Application) through industry alliances"? Do you not see that Pilot Island claims to have clicked "I agree" to the PALM license agreement on the very same www.palm.com website on the Web Clipping Application? In other words, that Pilot Island itself and through its joint venture arrangement with ECNC is contractually bound to the terms and conditions of the Palm, Inc. license agreement? Could the reason the shorts have such selective thought processes be due to their "short" position (pun intended this time)?
