Gerald, sorry for the confusion on my part. I do try and be factual. I wish you well. I guess I am so disgusted with the business ethics that Hislop Jarvis and Watford displayed that I would never want to support any of their efforts by being a shareholder. The funny part of this whole sad story was that there was no reason for it. If UP had played it up and up with ADDA, AOW and others they would be in a much better place than they are now. As it is, I don't see anyone rushing to partner with them.
I guess, I'm not as forgiving as you. When you remember that though the dirty dealings that were done, AOW's best land was stolen, their partnership with the Pannonian Partners was killed, they lost an honest gas man as President, they sold their Madiera property for cheap, a reverse roll back and then a private placement at .22 (you can correct me if I'm off a penny) further dillution and now a pump of the price on no volume. Having a lot of shares, surely you must have run some numbers on how much these slime balls costs you. Hat's off to you Gerald, you are a more charitable person than I am. Best of luck with your investments, Lew And,(trying not to foam at the mouth), look what they did to ADDA--I assume you are aware of the loss of the Daniel, the non completion of the Luman, the siponing off of the only production ADDA had at the Cottonwood for how many years and never giving an accounting. (still trying not to foam at the mouth), do you really believe that a company that has pulled this kind of stuff will ever find a jv partner? The only companies that will sit at the UP table now are one's that are coming to eat UP's lunch, you can count on that.
Sorry for the rant, regards, Lew |
