Dear Rob: The idea of SNDK making a bid for SEG does not sound very likely to me. First, the market cap itself dwarf that of SNDK. Second, even if SNDK increases it's authorized shares, all this does is dilute things, does not create extra value.

I'll pass on the SNDK rumor.
