Erik, of course I am not happy to own a small piece of a company on either list, let alone proud of the fact, yet anyone who has followed the market for more than a year is certainly no stranger to the "pump", this market is obviously supply-driven, simply saturated with "investors" demanding through their attorneys and representatives gold-rush returns with passbook risk or better. When I see the "dump" and ECNC's "one dollar bill" I'll be convinced I was had, but even then I'd be shaking my head in amazement: One helluva scam that paid so little for so much hard work?!? Hell, honest work would have been easier and paid better, it would be on a level with the genius who chained his pickup truck to a bank ATM and floored it leaving his bumper at the scene, tags and all, and wondered how the cops found him so quickly. By the way, I do not include you in the blanket statement earlier re shorts{I really don't know where you stand in this}, in fact, having entered into simple NDA's myself in the past, I believe one might INFER an alliance from two entities having exchanged simple NDA's but any agreement between the two that bound their future actions would necessarily be specified on a different document. No I do not necessarily accept anything from the SEC at face value, their immediate duty is maintaining ORDER, hopefully with some measure of justice to follow, but I've no doubt that should they err, it will be on the side of order. I'm not worried at all though; TANSTAAFL applies in every direction and we are each of us paid as we have labored. Awaiting proof! donnachaidh |
