Joe,

First they will seize all your assets, then they will have the IRS audit you while the NASDAQ conducts their own investigation of you. In the mean time, you'll probably get fired at work, your wife won't speak to you, your kids will hate you, your neighbors will look at you with suspicion and you won't receive any mail.

All things considered, not receiving any mail appears to be the one bright spot. At least you won't get any bills. On the other hand, maybe you don't like your job, you don't like your wife anyway, can't stand your kids and hate your neighbors. In that case, it could be a blessing in disguise.

Just fill it out and you won't have to worry about anything. :-)

P.S. Hi nbotel, in case you didn't get it....I was joking of course. LOL
