Hello Scumbria, re: This message is being sent to you by Winchip, which proves that most people have lots more CPU power than they need. I was only expressing a little pride in AMD's fine products in particular their processor. I didn't mean to slight or belittle anyone posting on a less capable platform. BTW one of my greater surprises using the Athlon at work was the increased speed it delivered when browsing the web. At work we have a microwave link to a T1. Everyone comments on how much faster web performance is. I personally was amazed at this increased performance as I did not anticipate such an increase. When connecting through a modem one does not observe any increase, a Winchip is sufficient. Kindest regards, CrazyMan
