The options will expire on merger. The time value premiums for those leaps are worthless now. Message 13280105 C-Cube Microsystems option holders: If you do not exercise your vested options prior to the closing of the merger, your vested options will be canceled and you will not receive any Harmonic shares or options for those C-Cube Microsystems options.
