Epson manufactures Zip drives for Iomega as a 3rd party. The drives belong to Iomega. Epson is paid to build them. To Iomega, the money paid to Epson is "cost of manufacturing".<<

Thank you for clearing that up for me!! This may bias my (uneducated) guess of per drive revenue upwards.
