Not likely. The serial number stuff has been discussed on this thread before. There was some speculation that those parts came from Sunnyvale fab.

Also, the data so far indicates that AMD is delaying bringing Dresden to production status as much as possible because of depreciation issues. With the MHz lead AMD has there is no reason to bring Dresden up until Fab25 production peaks (~7Mu is my guess).

The day Dresden officially goes into production, I expect AMD to be about 7Mu per quarter run rate - something AMD will be getting to right about now.
