Chaz, << Caller pays is just a victim of the wireline fears >> ... also a matter of consumer education and consumer acceptance. Where sparsely used in the US the calling party is greeted with a message to the effect "you are paying for this call sucker". As you stated "Calling Party Pays" is an important issue relative to wireless acceptance here. - Eric -
