At What Cost Should Microsoft Settle??

The writing is on the wall, settle this lawsuit, spend your money on innovation, and go forward. We, as stockholders, have already suffered considerably by the lack of MSFT management to seriously put forward a proposal that settles this matter<<

It still puzzles me what it was that Microsoft has done wrong except win in the competition. Nobody is forced to buy something they do not want. I think there is a difference between settlement and outrageous extortion and ripping off of shareholders. It is not Microsoft that had done this but the the actions taken by the DOJ. Microsoft should not stand for this but in the end counter sue for retribution.
